Shineton Australia is excited to be nearing the time of launching of its first stage in the new "Flora" project.   

Coming soon, stage one of the Flora project shall create a limited number of high quality two-storey terrace homes,  just a five minute walk to Cockburn train station (plus future proposed direct bus service), and just four stops or 16 minutes to Perth City.

Stage One of the Flora project to be released early 2019.  Flora Terraces, just (7) two storey Terrace Homes, all with minimum three bedrooms and/or convertible room, rear entertaining, two car bays, high ceilings and high quality appliances and specification. Some with home theatre, second activity/living area, and more. 


The Flora project will be carefully developed over time, and is just a short walk or future short-hop bus ride to the Cockburn Central station, Gateway Shopping Centre and the outstanding recreation facilities available at the $109M Cockburn ARC, the largest of its kind in Australia.
